conversion trackingThere is a lot of data advertisers can benefit from their your AdWords account. Looking at the conversion statistics in your AdWords account is an effective way to evaluate your display ads.

These stats focus on the number of users that performed a desired action such as email sign-up. It also focuses on what percentage of conversions followed a user clicking on the advertisement.

View-through conversion rate is the percentage of users who view an ad and do not click on it, but within a certain period of time go to the ad’s associated conversion page and perform the desired action.

Unlike click conversion rates, view-through conversion rate often result from a user viewing an ad, then taking time to consider the product, and then finding the conversion page through an Internet search or web page link. Then, a conversion follows.
